Legal Action

I would be surprised if Skybus wasn't dragged before a Senate Hearing to explain their actions. They were still selling tickets Friday evening up until they posted on their website that they were ceasing operations. They surely knew that Friday and probably several days earlier that they were going to shutdown. Yet they continued to book flights and take people's money even though they knew that they were going under. They took advantage of people when they were vulnerable (traveling away from home).
